The general conditions and terms of booking and selling are intended to manage the relationships between Nomadstan LLC travel agency & tour operator and the client (hereinafter “the customer”).

The Nomadstan LLC is operating tours In Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and China and is referred as “the company” hereinafter.
PRICES, DISCOUNTS & SUPPLEMENTS
The prices published on the website of the company (www.nomadstan.com) are based on calculation at the time of the publication. The company reserves the right of increasing at any moment before the order your travel cost taking into account the fuel increase, the currency fluctuations, any new governmental tax, increase of professionals experts tariff (guides and monitors). The company will inform you as soon as possible of any increase cost on your tours.
Discounts published on the website are subject to be cancelled at any moment without notification and do not engage the company to maintain it afterwards.
Prices for tours are based on 2 persons accommodation with breakfast included.
A deposit by the customer of 30% and minimum 300€ of the tour value is requested after booking and is non-refundable. The company emits a confirmation of the booking to the customer. Upon the receipt of the deposit, the company will invoice you the remaining value of the tour cost, payable 35 days before the commencement of the tour date. Other payment conditions are possible but must be agreed between the company and the customer at the offer step.
For booking within the 35 days prior to commencement of the tour, a full amount payment is requested at the order, unless other payment conditions agreed with the company.
If the balance value is not paid in the due time by the customer, the company reserves the right to cancel the tour without any reminder or warning.
The customer who bought a tour and wish to cancel it should notify the company by email, firstname.lastname@example.org in the shortest delay. Any possible refundable cost will be sent to the client in a 15 calendar days.
All the bank and wire transfer costs will be at the charge of the customer.
Deposits are not refundable in all the cases.
For all cancelation of a booked tours, the company will charge an extra cost to the customer following this table:
If deposit amount is higher than the extra cost for cancellation, then the deposit will be kept in place of it.
Tailor made tours:
The cancellation for tailor made tours are subject to different management and system. Therefore the final terms of cancellation will be communicated at the booking step.
After the departure date no refund will be accepted by the company to the customer for any non-achieved part of the tour, neither extra services nor compensatory requests.
If the client decide on its own will to modify, change or quit the tour, no refund request will be accepted by the company, nor any additional compensation.
CANCELLATION POLICY BY COMPANY
For any reason prior to your payment, the company reserves the right to cancel the contract established with the customer. All paid amount will be refunded to the customer excluding all engaged cost with our partners or suppliers (booking at hotels, experts for the tours…). The cancellation by company is based on force majeure cases but not only. Civil or political turmoil, terrorism, natural disaster…In such circumstances the company will contact you immediately and offer you an alternative tour or refund the paid amount money. In all cases, no extra refund request will be accepted by the company from the customer.
Travel insurance is mandatory for all customers and for all destinations. Before departure time, the customer should ensure to subscribe to a reputable travel insurance covering the entire tour duration including injuries, medical expenses, repatriation cost, luggage loss and all cancellation expenses. The company shall not be liable for any refund of the tour cost.
ITINERARIES SUBJECT TO ALTERATION
The company reserves the right to modify the itinerary during the tour. As the country is subject to natural alteration due to weather, mountains states and seasons. However this kind of changes are minor and only in case of force majeure. No compensation in any kind of way can be requested by the customer.
The company gives notice that some services provided in connection with its itineraries, including transportation, hotel accommodations, restaurants, and other services, are purchased from independent suppliers who are not affiliated with the company in any way. However we endeavor to choose the best suppliers available. The company shall not be liable for any delay, mishap, inconvenience, expense, irregularity, bodily injury or others.
IMAGES AND RECORDS
The company reserves the right to take photographic or film records of any of our trips, and may use any such records for promotional and/or commercial purposes.
MATERIAL & EQUIPEMENT
The customer is responsible for the proper care and use of any equipment and gear provided for their use by the company for the entire duration of the trip. This includes, but is not limited to, tents, sleeping pads or mattresses, saddles, folding chairs and tables, shower and toilet equipment.
