StartingChuy Avenue

Is one of the largest and busiest streets in Bishkek. The Chui Avenue houses administrative, shopping and cultural centers of the capital – Government House, City Hall, Historical Museum, Philharmonic Hall, International University of Kyrgyzstan (MUK), Central Universal Store (TSUM), hypermarket “Beta Stores” and many other shopping centers and offices.

FollowingManas Avenue

Is not inferior in size and size to Chuy Avenue, it runs from the south and goes to the mountains, to the north. There are also many offices, lounges and shops. Many of the largest universities in Bishkek are located on Manas Avenue, such as the Bishkek Humanitarian University (BSU), the Kyrgyz-Turkish University Manas and others. Before the Great October Socialist Revolution, the street was called Bazarnaya, during Soviet times it was ul. Soviet and now she wears two names of two famous people of Kyrgyzstan.

EndingAkhunbaeva Street

Runs from North to South, immediately behind it, to the east, the sleeping area of the city (housing estates) begins. On the street itself is located the Medical Academy and the Kyrgyz Institute of Architecture and Construction (KASI), many offices, shops, and the park them. Ataturk (former Friendship Park). The street is named after an outstanding medical figure and author of more than 170 scientific works, Isa Konoevich Akhunbayev.
